hirify.global is seeking a Campaign Manager to join its Europe Marketing team to support regional growth.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end integrated campaign strategy for Europe, covering audience insight, positioning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Define and set measurable campaign goals directly supporting pipeline creation, opportunity influence, and revenue growth.
- Translate Go-To-Market priorities into integrated campaign plans, ensuring clarity and execution across all involved teams.
- Lead cross-functional campaign planning, influencing senior stakeholders for alignment and resources.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance across channels using advanced analytics tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Demandbase.
- Direct creative and content development with internal teams, agencies, and third-party producers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS/B2B/high-tech marketing.
- Proven experience delivering campaigns in complex, matrixed environments, ideally across global or multi-regional teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Demandbase or 6Sense), and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strategic thinker able to connect long-term business goals to impactful campaign execution.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of priorities.
- Hybrid role, based in London or Dublin.
