hirify.global is seeking a Campaign Manager to join its Europe Marketing team to support regional growth.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end integrated campaign strategy for Europe, covering audience insight, positioning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Define and set measurable campaign goals directly supporting pipeline creation, opportunity influence, and revenue growth.
  • Translate Go-To-Market priorities into integrated campaign plans, ensuring clarity and execution across all involved teams.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning, influencing senior stakeholders for alignment and resources.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance across channels using advanced analytics tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Demandbase.
  • Direct creative and content development with internal teams, agencies, and third-party producers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS/B2B/high-tech marketing.
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns in complex, matrixed environments, ideally across global or multi-regional teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Demandbase or 6Sense), and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strategic thinker able to connect long-term business goals to impactful campaign execution.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of priorities.
  • Hybrid role, based in London or Dublin.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in an additional European language, such as French or Spanish.
