Account Manager, Client Success, Demand Facilitation (AdTech)

Account Manager (AdTech): Managing programmatic ad campaigns across ’s platform and partnering with the Demand Facilitation Sales organization to manage a portfolio of accounts with an accent on developing and executing portfolio and strategic client management plans. Focus on proactively identifying opportunities for account growth through data analysis and understanding of clients’ KPIs.
Location: Hybrid schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office) in New York City, NY
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity

What you will do
- Collaborate with Demand Facilitation to manage client relationships, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact and subject matter expert for clients and their campaigns.
- Educate clients on 's offerings, supply, and products.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional internal teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and understanding of clients’ KPIs.
- Provide campaign reporting, insights, and updates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and troubleshoot campaigns.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, including RTB/programmatic experience.
- Proven ability to uphold professional business connections.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical/Excel skills to identify trends in large data sets.
- Experience with Google Suite, Tableau, and other reporting platforms.
- Understanding of online advertising dynamics, trends, and technologies (Ad servers, SSP, DSP, RTB, etc.).
