What you will do

• Partner with newly enrolled Pros to create custom onboarding plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Conduct 75+ outbound dials daily or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with customers.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs, handle objections, and re-sell the value of the product.
• Coach customers on product implementation and how to achieve their initial purchasing goals.
• Quickly identify high-risk accounts and escalate customers for appropriate resolution paths.
• Be an effective team player demonstrating strong customer service, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in full-time in a client-facing onboarding or support role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Possess a professional attitude, demeanor, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience.
• Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work.
