Head of Analytical Leads (Advertising Analytics): Leading a high-performing team to deliver insights and recommendations that improve client performance and unlock new investment opportunities within digital advertising with an accent on crafting compelling, data-driven narratives for senior decision-makers and ensuring data quality and governance. Focus on building best practices for complex analyses and driving systematic efficiencies in analytics and reporting.
Location: Onsite in Sydney, Australia. Employees living within 25 miles of a non-U.S. office are expected to work onsite at least four days per week, subject to local laws.

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of senior analytical leaders across APAC to deliver measurable business impact.
- Drive the application of data, delivering insights and recommendations that improve client performance and unlock new investment opportunities.
- Build best practices for team members to leverage expertise across client and business-related analytical needs.
- Contribute knowledge across the team in data privacy and governance rules and regulations.
- Guide the team to develop and implement methods for systematic efficiencies and innovation in analytics and reporting.
- Establish and leverage strategic working relationships within and across internal and client teams to ensure data-driven impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, business and financial analysis, or related field.
- 2+ years people management experience.
- Experience in the APAC Market including Australia, Japan, and China.
- Experience communicating complex analyses to a mix of both technical and non-technical partners and clients.
- Experience utilizing analytical tools such as PowerBI/Tableau, DAX, and SQL for data manipulation and visualization on large datasets.
- Working knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and data clustering/classification techniques.

- Experience in a partner or account management/client service/client-facing role.
- Experience in digital media, data analysis, and data management.
