TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations (SaaS): Architecting the go-to-market execution and sales operations for the APJ/ANZ region with an accent on strategic partnership, operational discipline, and AI integration. Focus on removing sales friction, designing territory and quota structures, and implementing Agentic AI workflows to drive 10x efficiency.

What you will do

  • Partner with ANZ Sales Leadership to identify and dismantle friction in the sales process.
  • Lead the annual planning process, including headcount, territory design, quota planning, and pipeline targets.
  • Integrate AI and Agentic AI workflows into the GTM tech stack to automate mundane tasks and provide predictive insights.
  • Optimize and manage the GTM toolset, specifically Salesforce, Gong, and Clari.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partners, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to maximize ecosystem outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in Sales Ops, Strategy Consulting, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in the GTM Tech Stack: Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and GTM metrics (LTV, CAC, cARR).
  • AI-first mindset with an understanding of how LLMs and Agentic AI can be applied to business operations.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous business challenges into structured project plans and deliver data-driven results.
