Business Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project activities and report to the Project Manager.
• Define problem statements and deliver end-to-end business requirements.
• Collaborate with architects to design data models, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.
• Direct the testing of solutions and support Customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Mentor junior resources within the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney and/or Brisbane
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of BABOK framework.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and systems thinking.
• Experience with RPA, automations, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SafetyCulture, or Workato.
