What you will do
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth and develop competitive pricing and remuneration models.
- Oversee all commercial aspects of assigned client accounts, ensuring contract compliance and effective incentive management.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for global clients, fostering strong relationships and providing expert commercial guidance.
- Lead and manage client contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions with legal team support.
- Support client contract compliance audits, collaborating with internal teams.
- Support, mentor, and guide direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Ability to manage overall financial performance and drive revenue, profit, and cash flow of clients.
- Deep understanding of various pricing models and ability to recommend and implement changes to optimize financial outcomes.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience of negotiating client contracts.
- Progressive experience in commercial management, client finance, or business affairs, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting, applying, and negotiating contract terms in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Excel, including experience with financial modelling and data analysis.
- Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.
