What you will do

• Lead and deliver Financial Advisory and transaction mandates, ranging from greenfield financings to M&A on Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Energy Transition assets.
• Manage complex client engagements independently, ensuring quality and profitability.
• Drive business development to grow new sectors, clients, and markets.
• Coordinate advisors and close both Debt and Equity transactions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide pertinent sector knowledge.
• Understand client needs and translate them into a scope, delivering timely and quality outputs.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a relevant field (e.g., economics, law, finance, sciences, engineering), MBA/MSc/MA desirable.
• Experienced in corporate finance, project finance, or a related role in the Infrastructure, Renewables or Energy Transition sectors.
• Experience of leading Financial Advisory transactions, including drafting Teasers, Information Memorandums, and performing Funding Competitions.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, investment analysis, and risk management.
• Expert user of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Must be based in London or Hemel Hempstead, UK, for hybrid working.
