What you will do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for energy and utilities that align with hirify.global’s corporate objectives and sustainability targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and develop cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contract management activities for energy and utilities suppliers.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, regulatory changes, and supply risks to inform procurement decisions and maintain business continuity.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, conducting regular reviews and addressing any issues to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in energy and/or utilities procurement, preferably within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience with renewable energy sourcing and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
• Comprehensive understanding of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability trends in the UK and Europe.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
