Location: This role is based in our London office, with a hybrid working environment. Must be able to work from the UK, with the expectation of at least once a week in our London office.

Salary: £84,200 - £99,000 + stock options

What you will do

• Act as the primary financial contact for the Payments collective, driving commercial projects and analyzing product performance.
• Deep dive into data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for improving profitability and growth.
• Analyze and scope new markets and products, designing commercials for business cases and negotiating with partners.
• Present ideas and collaborate with various stakeholders including engineering, legal, product, and marketing.
• Design and build new processes for effective financial decision-making as hirify.global scales.
• Support day-to-day finance activities including forecasting, results analysis, and product change proposals.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in financial business partnering with senior leaders, driving revenue-generating projects and influencing decisions.
• Comfortable navigating highly complex fields of financial services, with the ability to break down problems.
• Strong financial modelling experience (advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
• Comfortable pulling your own data using SQL/Python.
• Great analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, issues and recommend actions.
• Good interpersonal & influencing skills, able to engage across various internal functions to develop, get buy-in and deliver outcomes.
