What you will do
- Ensure delivery of P&L KPIs across core trading categories (Mobile, Connected, PAYG, Home & TV).
- Lead the creation, consolidation, and management of KPI initiatives across products and teams.
- Produce high-quality content and papers for Consumer Exec Board updates on trading performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Create a birds-eye view of P&L performance across categories, integrating trading and base performance.
- Ensure effective content, messages, and actions are elevated across Mobile, Broadband, Connected, and PAYG.
- Collaborate with brand and pricing teams to ensure overall Consumer P&L outcomes align with growth plans.
Requirements
- Ability to translate complex information or data into clear, understandable outputs (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Strong commercial literacy to understand the impact of various inputs on P&L performance.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, including quick decision-making.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet weekly governance deadlines.
- Superb stakeholder management skills across all directorates.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex issues, dependencies, and influence alignment.
