What you will do

• Develop and lead hirify.global’s risk strategy across all business lines, products, and geographies.
• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on risk appetite, governance, and portfolio.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing Risk team (8 people on day one).
• Guide collections strategy and recovery workflows, ensuring efficiency and customer-centricity.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in debt capital markets, structured finance, or corporate banking with a track record of leading complex credit transactions.
• STEM degree with strong analytical and decisioning skills.
• Experience overseeing complex underwriting and deal structuring.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple dimensions of risk.
• Proven ability to build and manage diversified portfolios and optimise risk-adjusted returns.
• Advanced analytical skills: financial modeling, large-data interrogation, and critical credit assessment.
