What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis, growth and margin assessments, and deal profitability modeling.
• Collaborate with sales to optimize deal structures for customer needs and company interests.
• Review and approve enterprise deals, focusing on pricing, contract terms, and financial implications.
• Act as a primary liaison between sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
• Evaluate and escalate potential risks in non-standard deal terms.
• Develop and maintain deal approval policies, pricing guidelines, and process workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, or sales strategy/operations.
• Proven experience building sophisticated financial models and structuring complex deals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong process improvement instincts.
• Experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience at a SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML company with complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Background in consulting or investment banking.
• Knowledge of enterprise software contract terms and AI business models.
