TL;DR

Finance & Strategy Manager (AI): Managing complex enterprise deals and developing standardized revenue scaling processes with an accent on financial modeling, pricing optimization, and cross-functional deal orchestration. Focus on building scalable workflows from the ground up, assessing deal profitability, and ensuring financial discipline within a frontier AI company.

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland; role requires hybrid office attendance (at least 25% of the time).

Salary: €140,000–€175,000 EUR (OTE).

What you will do

  • Conduct growth, margin, and deal profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to structure complex enterprise deals while balancing customer needs with financial interests.
  • Review non-standard deal terms and escalate risks to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales, finance, legal, and compliance departments.
  • Develop and maintain approval policies, pricing guidelines, and standardized templates.
  • Provide regular reporting on deal desk metrics, trends, and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, or sales strategy/operations.
  • Proven ability to build sophisticated financial models and conduct pricing analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms.
  • Detail-oriented approach to process improvement and scalable workflow design.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Background in a SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML company with complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in consulting or investment banking.
  • Deep understanding of subscription and consumption-based business models.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software contract terms and commercial practices.
