What you will do
- Adapt the sales pitch and approach for the Dutch market.
- Convert inbound leads into customers from end to end.
- Manage your sales pipeline and key performance indicators.
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion.
- Contribute to building the foundations of a future Dutch sales team and playbook.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience selling a product that requires explanation, trust, or structuring (SaaS, fintech, insurance, services).
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
- Comfortable building things from scratch and being hands-on, structured, and proactive.
- You will be supported in obtaining the required Dutch sales certification (Wft).
