What you will do

  • Identify potential clients through calls, emails, and networking, introducing hirify.global's product offerings.
  • Shadow experienced sales team members in product demos and consultative sales conversations.
  • Maintain and update the pipeline of leads, log client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups in CRM.
  • Build relationships with clients, learning to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, observing negotiations, and supporting deal closures.
  • Conduct basic market research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to support sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an HBO program focused on commercial studies or related fields for the full duration of the internship.
  • Relevant coursework or project experience demonstrating familiarity with client engagement and business development.
  • Strong interest in reaching out to potential clients, initiating contact through calls and emails, and building client relationships.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, eager to learn, and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
