TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Engaging with potential clients to drive market expansion in the Benelux region with an accent on initial client contact and interest generation. Focus on building commercial skills, achieving sales targets, and making a significant impact in a fast-paced tech scale-up.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Opportunity to work abroad up to 12 weeks a year within Europe.

What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact for new potential clients and spark their interest.
  • Help expand hirify.global's presence and conquer the Benelux market.
  • Grow commercial skills through 1-on-1 coaching and assessments.
  • Make a daily impact by contributing ideas and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Native Dutch proficiency (mandatory).
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level required).
  • Passion for health, fitness, and making an impact.
  • Energetic, motivated, and ready to hit targets.

Hiring process

  • 1st interview with Country Director for Benelux market.
  • 2nd interview + role play with Country Director Benelux and a team member.
  • 3rd interview with Chief Revenue Officer.
