- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within your portfolio of clients.
Requirements
- A problem-solver with a keen business sense and consultative sales experience.
- Strong customer-facing skills, especially with mid-market clients.
- Proven experience upselling complex software in a managed model.
- 2+ years of B2B experience in a start-up or growth-stage company.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
