Salary: OTE $125,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Manage, retain, and expand existing B2B client relationships in middle-market and VC-backed startup segments.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure efficient client hand-off and onboarding processes.
• Build relationships with key accounts to address business needs and maximize adoption of the full product suite.
• Guide senior stakeholders in designing optimal enablement and adoption strategies.
• Track and report key account metrics, including revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and deliver consultative upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a client-facing Customer Success role.
• Experience managing large-scale implementations with 50+ users.
• Proven track record of managing a large portfolio of clients efficiently and at scale.
• Prior experience working in B2B SaaS, preferably within high-growth environments.
• BA degree or higher.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco or NYC office.
