TL;DR

Account Manager (Life Sciences): Responsible for new sales and renewal of existing customer contracts, expanding business by identifying new prospects and opportunities within the current customer base. Focus on nurturing customer relationships, maximizing value delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Location: Must be based in California, Arizona, Washington, Utah, or Oregon.

Salary: $65,600 - $109,200 (base), Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200

What you will do

  • Attain bookings targets for our portfolio.
  • Apply a consultative approach to client needs, translating them into pragmatic propositions aligned with the company's sales strategies.
  • Formulate and execute account strategies addressing diverse needs across all levels of accounts.
  • Ensure the accuracy of Salesforce records, regularly reviewing sales results and forecasts.
  • Gather, monitor, and evaluate information, providing valuable market feedback to enhance product development and refine the Go-To-Market strategy.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience in a consultative, complex solution-sales approach.
  • Operate seamlessly on operational, tactical, and strategic levels, expanding business with customers.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and drive, selling technology and solutions.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for cultivating relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level executives.
  • Showcase proficiency in strategic account planning and management, connecting the dots within customer institutions.
  • Experience in selling enterprise software within an international matrixed organization.
