What you will do
- Analyze prospect and client business requirements and assess how TeamMate solutions can support current and future needs.
- Conduct discovery discussions to identify and break down client challenges into actionable solution components.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned with client methodologies and operational requirements.
- Identify implementation risks and collaborate with clients to develop mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to RFP responses and continuously improve presales materials and processes.
- Provide product feedback and enhancement recommendations to Product Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven experience in a presales or consultative sales role involving complex B2B software solutions.
- Ability to interpret complex business requirements and align them with technology solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills (virtual and onsite).
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup requiring 8 days/month in Dubai.
Nice to have
- Internal Audit certifications (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CISA).
- Demonstrated knowledge of internal audit, risk management, compliance, internal controls, or governance disciplines.
