TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (Education): Leading and moderating discussions in private Facebook groups and supporting live Zoom sessions to foster community engagement and ensure smooth program delivery with an accent on maintaining a positive environment and resolving technical issues. Focus on launching new engagement ideas and managing member records to enhance the overall student experience.

Location: Based in the US, with required travel 3-4 times a year.

What you will do

  • Lead and moderate discussions in private Facebook groups, ensuring positive and compliant interactions.
  • Support live Zoom sessions, managing chats, tracking questions, and resolving technical issues.
  • Partner with Senior Coordinators and Experience Managers to launch new community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage member records, access permissions, and updates with accuracy.
  • Guide members to navigate programs and resources, pointing them towards relevant opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Brand Directors and other departments for seamless project and campaign alignment.
  • Keep a pulse on community feedback and share insights to improve the member experience.
  • Handle behind-the-scenes tasks like documentation, reporting, and tracking communications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or member engagement.
  • A knack for keeping online spaces positive, productive, and fun.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Stellar written and spoken communication skills, effective with all types of individuals.
  • Tech-savvy across platforms like Facebook, Zoom, and Kajabi.
  • A creative problem-solver who loves helping people.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Real Estate, Education, or Member/Student Services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
