TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development: Responsible for the daily and weekly execution, performance, and development of a team of SDRs, ensuring consistent achievement of daily and monthly meeting and pipeline goals with an accent on coaching, performance management, and executing established playbooks. Focus on identifying underperformance early, fostering a strong team culture grounded in accountability and growth, and managing up effectively to leadership.

What you will do

  • Own team's daily and monthly meeting and pipeline goals, ensuring consistent execution against targets.
  • Run accurate forecasts for the team and understand performance drivers week to week.
  • Provide regular, structured coaching to SDRs focused on skills, behaviors, and results.
  • Have crucial, direct, and honest performance conversations with underperforming reps.
  • Build a strong team culture and accountability, setting the tone for professionalism and ownership.
  • Communicate regularly with Director, VPs, and C-level about team performance and challenges.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a high-performing SDR or equivalent sales role.
  • First-time or early people leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong coaching instincts and comfort giving direct feedback.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage details, and run a tight weekly cadence.
  • Clear communicator who can manage both up and down effectively.
