Location: Must be based in Madrid.

What you will do

  • Implement Professional Services business development strategy and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain key client relationships, build Statements of Work, and negotiate/close business deals.
  • Meet quarterly financial targets for bookings and project profitability.
  • Develop and execute joint success plans with customers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Oversee delivery of complex service engagements, ensuring alignment with customer success and business outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor project managers, consultants, and other team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer technology or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 15+ years in a business setting with at least eight years in customer-facing sales within a telecommunications environment.
  • Experience in a Sales Role, preferably Professional Services Sales, and with hirify.global Contact Center Solution Portfolio.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in sales lead generation, acquisitions, and relationship management.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Delivery or Customer Success Management experience.
  • Project Management Experience in Contact Center / Customer Experience projects over 5 years.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Lean Process, or other Project Management Certification.
  • Familiarity with Italian or Portuguese.
