Senior Sales Excellence Manager (Microsoft Advertising): Driving strategic focus and growth for Microsoft Advertising through Sales House partners in the EMEA LATAM region with an accent on partner selection, onboarding, enablement, and operational excellence. Focus on ensuring compliance, managing performance data, optimizing sales processes, and extending executive capacity within the sales team.

Location: Barcelona, Spain. hirify.global (MAI) employees who live within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

What you will do

  • Facilitate the selection of Sales House Partners, prepare contracts, and ensure their onboarding onto Microsoft systems.
  • Establish high-quality relationships with internal partners across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Support, and Learning & Development.
  • Manage regular Monthly Business Updates, evaluate Sales House and market performance data, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead Execution Excellence by driving consistency in the sales process, sharing best practices, and creating custom sales enablement materials.
  • Evolve operational processes and tools, developing reporting capabilities for revenue, forecast, and attainment visibility.
  • Extend executive capacity by representing Sales leadership, advising on business management, and partnering on fiscal, strategic, and operational planning.

Requirements

  • Experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
  • BA/BS from an accredited college/university or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in sales and/or partnering with sales with a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-group/functional teams.
  • Demonstrated solid capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience.
  • Organizational agility and ability to work successfully across a complex, highly-matrixed environment.
