What you will do
- Facilitate selection, onboarding, and operations of Sales House Partners.
- Manage Monthly Business Updates, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive execution excellence and consistency in sales processes across regions.
- Evolve operational processes, tools, and reporting capabilities for revenue visibility.
- Enable revenue attribution and align billing processes for Sales House partners.
- Extend executive capacity, advising on business management and strategic planning for the Sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or business development.
- Experience using data to drive business outcomes.
- Experience managing stakeholder, client, or customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, ideally with advertising sales experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.
- Organizational agility, adaptability, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a matrixed environment.
