What you will do

• Enhance and develop customer-facing SDKs & libraries to empower builders with Neon.
• Create developer-focused technical content (videos, tutorials, blog posts) to help users.
• Drive adoption and community engagement through conference presence and online spaces (e.g., Discord).
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure developer needs influence roadmap decisions.
• Manage programs (creator and ambassador initiatives, open source collaborations) to deepen engagement.
• Gather, analyze, and amplify community feedback to improve product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Developer Advocate, software engineer, or solutions architect.
• Professional experience building and shipping software or data solutions.
• Demonstrated skill in creating impactful technical content for developers.
• Deep empathy for developer needs, providing clear answers in community spaces.
• Mastery in at least one core advocacy skill (e.g., public speaking, technical writing, live demos).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
