Channel Account Manager, West

TL;DR
Channel Account Manager (Sales): Driving the growth and success of the partner ecosystem within a defined region, with an accent on identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential channel partners. Focus on building long-term, productive relationships and executing a scalable channel sales motion in partnership with Account Executives.
Location: Remote from home, but must be located in the USA and reside in California, Oregon, or Washington state. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential channel partners within your region.
- Build and execute a repeatable channel sales motion in partnership with Account Executives.
- Activate partners through sales enablement, technical training, and joint go-to-market efforts.
- Clearly articulate the value of ’s Partner Program and deliver product demonstrations.
- Own your regional partner plan, pipeline, and forecast with accountability to results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors, or Managed Service Providers.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to proactively and independently identify and qualify opportunities (entrepreneurial mindset).
- Polished verbal and written communication skills with empathy for client/partner challenges.
- Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans, strategy, and measuring success against KPIs and ROI.
- Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives and/or partner principles.
