What you will do

  • Work closely with Americas Sales Leadership and RevOps to hone the next-generation Canadian sales strategy and tactical game plan.
  • Lead the team to foster a positive, open, innovative, and high-performing sales culture.
  • Engage customers and partners alongside your team to identify, support, and close opportunities.
  • Ensure sales operational excellence in leading your business in a controlled manner, delivering accurate sales forecasts.
  • Develop easily consumable company and product solutions content tailored to your market.
  • Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the hirify.global GTM model and ensure all stakeholders understand the need for ‘one voice’ to clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ overall Canadian sales experience, including 4+ years of leading enterprise and commercial SaaS software sales teams within a direct-sales model.
  • Experience working in a private-equity backed company bringing SaaS cyber solutions to market.
  • Background must include leading a team of at least 5 account managers, generating $25M or more in new and renewal bookings.
  • Experience working with a wide variety of partners, including resellers, integrators, distributors, and MSP’s.
  • Possess communications skills which allow you to effectively interact with confidence and credibility at all levels, in particular with customer executives.
