TL;DR

Customer Experience Ops Intern: Acquiring foundational system administration expertise with Gainsight and supporting key post-sales programs with an accent on program and project management, and customer success operations. Focus on contributing to operational success with accuracy, accountability, and timeliness, and introducing new ideas for process improvements.

Location: This is a hybrid role with in-office time at hirify.global HQ in San Francisco on average once per week. Candidates must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to commute to the SF HQ office.

Salary: Hourly Rate $25-$30hr.

What you will do

  • Acquire foundational system administration expertise with Gainsight as hirify.global’s Customer Success platform.
  • Learn Customer Experience Programs and Operations at a fast-paced technology company.
  • Gain hands-on learning and experience with program and project management.
  • Contribute to customer program operations and be exposed to related opportunities within hirify.global.
  • Establish a foundation for a career in Customer Operations at hirify.global and beyond.
  • With coaching and guidance, independently own a program management and operate a workstream within CX Operations or related functions with accuracy, accountability, and timeliness.

Requirements

  • A BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university (graduating 2026), ideally in technology, data science, or a related field with Computer Science.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to commute to hirify.global’s SF HQ office once per week.
  • Proven time management skills; able to juggle deadlines, group projects, or leadership roles.
  • Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.

Nice to have

  • Prior internship or campus experience in tech, operations, customer support, or program coordination.
  • Bonus points for knowledge and ability in reporting and data analytics.

Hiring process
