What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and developing high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction and resource management while assuming responsibility for key data analytics tasks.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to internal and external teams.
• Independently manage projects, client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines.
• Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary for efficient data handling and reporting.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, overseeing their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
• Good understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship for work authorization.
