What you will do

• Lead the Data & Commercial Analytics function and own analytics delivery across commercial domains.
• Define and implement KPI frameworks and a consistent reporting style.
• Manage and develop a Senior Data Analyst and BI Analyst, setting performance standards and goals.
• Lead high-impact commercial analyses across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale, driving client analytics initiatives.
• Design and guide data models and dashboards, partnering with technology teams to strengthen data foundations.
• Deliver executive-ready insights and translate complex data into decision-ready recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, including leadership exposure.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong experience with BI tools and dashboard development.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen in performance-driven environments.
• Experience managing or mentoring analysts.
• High discretion and sound judgment with a polished communication style.

• Experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
• Exposure to Python or R.
• Experience in client analytics and experimentation frameworks.
