What you will do

• Partner with managers to navigate the full employee lifecycle, focusing on performance management.
• Provide coaching and consultation on development, engagement, feedback, and team dynamics.
• Identify operational efficiencies and leverage technology and AI to streamline people processes.
• Support the delivery and impact of key People Team programs and initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between the business and People Team COEs.
• Provide guidance and support for sensitive, complex, or high-risk situations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience working with people managers, including managing complex cases across the employee lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources practices and legal requirements in multiple geographies.
• A passion for leveraging technology and AI to solve problems, with a product-oriented mindset.
• Able to balance planning and adaptability to drive effective change within a fast-paced organization.
• Competency in understanding and communicating procedures, policies, and information.
• Strong judgment in decision-making and problem-solving through ambiguous situations.
