TL;DR

HR Coordinator: Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and administrative tasks for employees across multiple UK locations, with an accent on ensuring a seamless employee experience and maintaining accurate HR data. Focus on managing the full onboarding lifecycle, processing leaver documentation, and providing comprehensive HR administrative support.

Location: Hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in our London Tower Bridge office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners.
  • Manage employment contracts, background checks, and payroll details for accurate and timely payments.
  • Induct new employees and support line managers with probationary period reviews.
  • Provide a positive exit experience for leavers and complete all necessary offboarding steps.
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll systems and provide ad-hoc reports.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including employment change letters and benefits platform updates.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills across different levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to continuously develop and take on more responsibility.

Nice to have

  • Experience working as an HR Coordinator or in another administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of Workday (HRIS).
