What you will do
- Guide the Tooling & Reporting teams, owning work sequencing and prioritisation across competing demands.
- Design scalable, well-integrated Workday solutions by partnering across the People Team.
- Lead decisions on Workday configuration, governance, and change, aligning with business goals.
- Oversee Workday integrations with other People systems (ATS, comp & bens, survey tools), ensuring clean data flow.
- Enable simple, well-governed ways of working to support high-quality People data and shared accountability.
- Line manage Tooling & Reporting leads, supporting their delivery, development, and continuity.
Requirements
- Experience leading People Systems, HRIS, or People Analytics teams in complex environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday HCM, covering tooling, integrations, and governance.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational delivery.
- Proven experience in line managing senior ICs and team leads.
- Strong collaboration skills, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Engineering).
