What you will do
- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, ensuring compliant processing.
- Maintain HR systems and data integrity, treating HRIS as the source of truth for accurate and complete data.
- Manage contracts and documentation, preparing accurate letters and addenda from approved templates.
- Support payroll and contractor administration, preparing inputs and coordinating with Finance.
- Handle business-as-usual People requests, triaging and responding with clarity.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HR Administration.
- Experience supporting UK employees and/or contractors.
- Strong HRIS experience and confidence handling people data.
- Comfortable working with payroll inputs and structured processes.
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented communicator.
- High integrity and discretion.
