What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, ensuring compliant processing.
• Maintain HR systems and data integrity, treating HRIS as the source of truth for accurate and complete data.
• Manage contracts and documentation, preparing accurate letters and addenda from approved templates.
• Support payroll and contractor administration, preparing inputs and coordinating with Finance.
• Handle business-as-usual People requests, triaging and responding with clarity.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HR Administration.
• Experience supporting UK employees and/or contractors.
• Strong HRIS experience and confidence handling people data.
• Comfortable working with payroll inputs and structured processes.
• Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented communicator.
• High integrity and discretion.
