Salary: $150,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration (healthcare, 401k, PTO), and compensation cycles.
• Own and optimize the HRIS (HiBob), tracking people metrics and improving workflows.
• Manage work authorization processes and ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states and internationally.
• Oversee performance review processes, goal-setting, and professional development programs.
• Develop initiatives for employee engagement, recognition, and retention, acting as an HR business partner.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR generalist roles.
• Broad experience in compliance, payroll, benefits, performance management, immigration, and employee engagement.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred) and a systems-driven mindset.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state and international employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
