What you will do

  • Act as a senior contact for complex HR queries and lifecycle transactions, ensuring global process adherence.
  • Execute a multi-year strategy for the HR Shared Services Center, transitioning to a unified global hub.
  • Optimize HR technology (Workday, Freshservice) to streamline workflows and improve employee experience.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced end-to-end HR service delivery.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with hirify.global policies and regional regulations, supporting data audits.
  • Partner with Global Payroll and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and meet organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience, preferably within a fast-paced global technology company.
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong understanding of European regional requirements, particularly across the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and global process excellence methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate global stakeholders and collaborate effectively across different time zones.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
