What you will do
- Act as a senior contact for complex HR queries and lifecycle transactions, ensuring global process adherence.
- Execute a multi-year strategy for the HR Shared Services Center, transitioning to a unified global hub.
- Optimize HR technology (Workday, Freshservice) to streamline workflows and improve employee experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced end-to-end HR service delivery.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with hirify.global policies and regional regulations, supporting data audits.
- Partner with Global Payroll and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience, preferably within a fast-paced global technology company.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong understanding of European regional requirements, particularly across the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and a strong focus on data integrity.
- Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and global process excellence methodologies.
- Ability to navigate global stakeholders and collaborate effectively across different time zones.
