TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (LATAM): Owning the growth and success of hirify.global's partner ecosystem within LATAM with an accent on identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential channel partners. Focus on building long-term, productive relationships that drive mutual revenue and expansion.

Location: Remote within the USA, specifically in TX, CA, or FL

Salary: $200,000 base per year with On Target Earnings of $400,000 per year (Maryland based roles)

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential channel partners within your region.
  • Build and execute a repeatable channel sales motion in close partnership with hirify.global Account Executives.
  • Activate partners through sales enablement, technical training, and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Own your regional partner plan, pipeline, and forecast with clear accountability to results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors or Managed Service Providers.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans and measuring success against key performance indicators.
  • Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives.
