What you will do
- Increase sales through the dealer platform and support RFPs to effectively close deals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, providing training and product strategy guidance.
- Partner with dealer sales representatives to develop and optimize the product mix, including open plan and ancillary products.
- Onboard and educate new dealer associates on the comprehensive brand portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing and support teams to ensure successful product and program launches.
- Analyze and monitor key business metrics, including sales, orders, and share-of-wallet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of successful contract or capital goods selling experience, preferably as a dealer direct salesperson.
- Advanced proficiency in lead generation, account penetration, and consultative selling.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Houston, TX.
