What you will do

• Execute and support sales excellence strategies aligned with global and EMEA processes.
• Act as a trusted business partner to Sales leadership, supporting performance improvement and process standardization.
• Co‑own forecast accuracy, supporting defined methodologies and enabling technologies.
• Drive the rhythm of the business by preparing insights for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Analyze historical, operational, and third‑party data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and adoption of AI‑supported analytics and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field.
• 8–10 years of experience within a technology company (preferably SaaS) or a strategy/technology consulting environment.
• Strong analytical background with hands‑on experience using BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Advanced experience with CRM and sales tools technology; Salesforce experience required.
• Fluent in English.
