What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical owner for the Salesforce to Planhat integration, designing and maintaining accurate data syncs.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior administrators and drive internal process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Design and maintain robust configurations within Kantata and Tackle.io, establishing automation standards.
- Provide expert technical support to Global Customer Success and RevOps teams.
- Act as a technical advisor for new GTM tooling evaluations, assessing software fit into existing architecture.
- Establish proactive monitoring for sync errors and ensure the GTM stack remains secure and optimized.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a GTM Systems Engineer or Business Systems Administrator, with 2+ years in a lead or manager role.
- Extensive experience managing Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Success (CS) platforms, with custom integrations and data mappings.
- Deep technical knowledge across the Salesforce Core platform, including Quote-to-Cash workflows and Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
- Deep understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and secure integration protocols.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex data sync issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to translate complex logic into business outcomes.
