Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD

What you will do

• Act as the main technical voice for hirify.global with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt hirify.global.
• Implement technical strategies with a clear understanding of their business value.
• Build a movement of technical champions within client accounts.
• Align technical strategies around hirify.global solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

Requirements

• Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.
• Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience in establishing and leading virtual teams to ultimate success.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers, both internally and with customers.
• Experience practicing live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.
