- Manage the sales cycle from the demonstration to the closing.
- Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives.
- Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects.
- Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets.
- Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively.
- Drive the DACH Markets expansion for hirify.global.
Requirements
- 1.5–3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally as an SDR/BDR or Junior AE).
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
- Native-level German.
- Fluent English.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Structured, analytical mindset with pipeline discipline.
