What you will do
- Review and approve all sales orders to ensure accuracy for reporting and invoicing.
- Manage and maintain inventory boards.
- Monitor revenue changes and ensure appropriate approvals are documented.
- Process order updates and contract modifications.
- Maintain accurate and clean CRM data to support sales and marketing teams.
- Partner with the finance team on sales-related tasks, including invoicing and client inquiries.
- Contribute to dashboards, reporting, workflow documentation, and other project-based initiatives.
- Continuously identify and improve operational processes and workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Experience with project management platforms (Monday.com preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting experience and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
