What you will do
- Drive planning, coordination, and execution of North America sales and marketing programs.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to enable data-driven decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional commercial teams to support campaign execution and field enablement.
- Support structured account planning and coordinate targeted account and market initiatives.
- Lead content planning and presentation development for North America All-Hands calls.
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership meetings and represent leadership as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in program management, sales operations, marketing operations, business operations, consulting, or analytics-driven roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot, and an experienced Salesforce user.
- Ability to build dashboards, trackers, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused, able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Must be willing and able to undergo mandatory pre-employment background checks (BS7858 screening).

- Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-functional programs in a B2B environment.
