Location: Primarily remote within North America, with occasional travel. Candidates must be based in the US (e.g., Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA).

What you will do

  • Drive planning, coordination, and execution of North America sales and marketing programs.
  • Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional commercial teams to support campaign execution and field enablement.
  • Support structured account planning and coordinate targeted account and market initiatives.
  • Lead content planning and presentation development for North America All-Hands calls.
  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership meetings and represent leadership as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management, sales operations, marketing operations, business operations, consulting, or analytics-driven roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot, and an experienced Salesforce user.
  • Ability to build dashboards, trackers, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused, able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Must be willing and able to undergo mandatory pre-employment background checks (BS7858 screening).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-functional programs in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity.
