What you will do
- Develop technical and commercial proposals (RFIs, RFPs, PSAs, SOWs) for prospective customers.
- Plan and manage implementation, consulting, and integration projects for end customers.
- Collaborate with R&D, Support, and Operations to resolve technical roadblocks during and after implementation.
- Maintain expertise in hirify.global products and provide customer consultations.
- Track customer run rates, develop remediation plans, and manage customer incidents and feature requests.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and manage internal organization development projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a Project Manager or Technical Account Manager role in a software or systems integration company.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS, IaaS, storages, hypervisors, backup, disaster recovery, and RestAPI.
- Proficiency in IP network design/administration, DC/infrastructure design/operations, DBs administration, and server administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, business analysis, project, risk, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
