TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of US enterprise security customers, driving revenue retention and expansion, and embedding the hirify.global AIR platform. Accent on strategic account leadership, executive engagement, and proactive renewals. Focus on mitigating risk, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating customer insights into product improvements leveraging AI & automation.

Location: US Remote — East / Central preferred

Salary: $100,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Own the strategic and commercial success of a portfolio of 25–40 US enterprise customers, with accountability for Gross Revenue Retention (GDR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Define account strategy and ensure hirify.global AIR is embedded in customer investigation and response workflows.
  • Lead business reviews with senior security and IT stakeholders, influencing renewal and adoption decisions.
  • Drive proactive renewal planning and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Coordinate internal technical resources for escalations and maintain accountability for resolution.
  • Translate customer insights into product and go-to-market improvements, leveraging automated and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS roles with revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated ownership of renewal and expansion targets.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with fluency in SaaS metrics (GDR, NRR) and ability to discuss security workflows.
  • Structured account planning, risk management capability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Clear communication across technical and commercial audiences with a high ownership mindset.
