What you will do
- Provide staff-level technical configuration, programming, database design, and architecture leadership for hirify.global products.
- Serve in a project manager capacity for small to large-scale projects, including costing proposals, risk analysis, and change control.
- Conduct business analysis, user needs assessment, and business systems design for major projects.
- Maintain expertise in industry-leading contact center technologies and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a technical (e.g., CS/IS/EE) or business (e.g., Marketing/MIS) field or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements.
- Experience in implementation, business optimization, education & enablement, or engineering services depending on specialization.
- Analytical, inquisitive, service & team-oriented, friendly demeanor, early adopter.
