Senior Technical Account Manager (Enterprise Mobility, IoT): Provides subject matter expertise on the implementation, configuration, and support of mobile and IoT device management software solutions with an accent on proactive troubleshooting, large-scale software migrations, and customer advocacy. Focus on resolving complex product issues, identifying opportunities for solution leverage, and ensuring client satisfaction through technical consultancy and strategic partnership.

Location: Remote (Poland, Netherlands, Belgium) or Hybrid (Ireland, Sweden, Romania).

What you will do

  • Provide subject matter expertise on implementation, configuration, and support of hirify.global MobiControl Mobile Device Management Software Solutions.
  • Gather requirements from clients and provide feedback to the back-end software development team.
  • Perform large-scale software migrations and upgrades.
  • Investigate issues reported by customers and collaborate with product development teams for resolution.
  • Act as a designated point of contact for Enterprise Support customers, understanding their business and mobility strategy.
  • Provide technical consultancy, training, knowledge transfer, and assistance with modifications to customer deployments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in advanced technical positions (implementation specialist, technical support, solutions architect) and customer advocacy.
  • Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong interest and understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies, including Android, Apple & Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience in MS SQL (scripting & administration).
  • Robust understanding of Networking concepts and principles (incl. certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls & routing).
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration (LDAP/AD, services & troubleshooting).
