hirify.global is building a high-performance payment orchestrator that provides companies with access to leading payment capabilities and seamless global payment integrations.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end implementation journey for merchants and partners in North America.
  • Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders on integration strategy, trade-offs, and risk management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technical requirements and driving clear implementation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to unblock integrations and ensure timely launches.
  • Manage multiple concurrent integrations, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot API/payment issues end-to-end and drive resolution with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation/Integration Engineering, or Solutions Engineering, ideally in fintech/payments/SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services (JSON, XML).
  • Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTTP, authentication concepts, debugging client/server flows).
  • Working knowledge of at least one server-side language (Python, Node.js, Go, Java).
  • Exposure to databases (SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL) and infrastructure basics.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Payments experience (gateways, acquirers, PSPs, fraud tools, tokenization).
  • Experience with ticketing/incident management tools (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in production environments.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in integrations.
