What you will do
- Own the end-to-end implementation journey for merchants and partners in North America.
- Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders on integration strategy, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technical requirements and driving clear implementation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to unblock integrations and ensure timely launches.
- Manage multiple concurrent integrations, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot API/payment issues end-to-end and drive resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation/Integration Engineering, or Solutions Engineering, ideally in fintech/payments/SaaS.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services (JSON, XML).
- Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTTP, authentication concepts, debugging client/server flows).
- Working knowledge of at least one server-side language (Python, Node.js, Go, Java).
- Exposure to databases (SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL) and infrastructure basics.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Payments experience (gateways, acquirers, PSPs, fraud tools, tokenization).
- Experience with ticketing/incident management tools (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in production environments.
- Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in integrations.
